| I was born and raised in the Columbia Gorge and graduated from The Dalles High School in 1993. After graduation I began work for a family owned and operated construction firm, and worked as a carpenter’s apprentice. |
| In 1994 I began working as a Joiner for a firm that specialized in marine interior construction. In this I worked on everything from tugboats and river vessels to the largest passenger cruise ships in the world. By 1997 I was moved to Project Management in charge of estimating, ordering, mobilization, and completion of specified projects. With this company I managed projects in countries such as Singapore, Australia, Panama, Colombia, Italy and Holland. Logistics such as shipping and communication alone presented the greatest challenge to building a project in these foreign countries. |
| After leaving the marine construction industry in 2002, I continued my career in construction only now I became a land lover and worked on mainly civil projects (i.e. schools, hospitals, and high rises). |
And finally back in my hometown after having seen and experienced so many different climates and cultures around the world I am able to understand why my family raised me here. That is why I chose here to be working as a Broker of Real Estate and I am able to apply all of my construction and management knowledge to the assistance of sales for both buyers and sellers of what I believe is the most important part of a person’s life-Home!
